In compliance with the shipping rules and packing method set by FRASCO ART, the artist will carefully pack the purchased work.

After that, the work will be deposited with a specialized carrier and will be delivered to your address as soon as the delivery date and time are decided. All packaging and shipping costs will be borne by FRASCO ART , unless you order additional frames or the shipping address is outside the delivery range of the carrier entrusted by FRASCO ART.

If the delivered work is defective or damaged, FRASCO ART will cover the return cost and will cover you and the artist.

If the work is severely damaged, we will promptly process the refund.
